Meet Our New Administrative Assistant

The Congar Institute is pleased to welcome Jessica Del Rio as our new Administrative Assistant. She was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. She moved to San Antonio after graduating high school, where she worked as a bank teller for IBC. After a year, she moved back to El Paso where she earned both her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and Management and later her MBA. Mrs. Del Rio has worked within the Catholic community since 2021, first serving as the Administrative Assistant to the Principal at Cathedral High School in El Paso, Texas, and then briefly working with the Oblate Mission with Youth here in San Antonio. Her background is working in Adult Education and within the funeral industry. She recently relocated back to San Antonio with her husband and two boys. She is excited to have been brought on to the Congar Institute and help their mission grow.
