Hello, cherished friends of the Congar Institute. I am writing this message with a bittersweet goodbye. My time as a full-time employee with the Congar Institute has ended. My professional path and heart led me to pursue a career as a Registered Behavioral Technician. I will be working with children on the Autism Spectrum. I have decided to pursue this path to give back to an amazing community that has given to my family
As some of you may know, my little boy was diagnosed with Autism when I started my career with the Congar Institute. Father Wayne was incredibly kind and gracious as my family and I navigated this new journey. I will always be eternally grateful to him for his support and understanding.
As I look back on my two years working with the Congar Institute, I see that I have grown in many ways. The Institute gave me the opportunity to experience first-hand what it entailed to head a gala and the hard work it takes to sustain fruitful relationships with those who cross our paths. I will carry in my heart all who have become my friends these last two years and continue to support the Institute, Father Wayne, and its mission by staying on as a part-time support administrator.
Thank you again for allowing me into your lives, and thank you, Father Wayne, for your friendship!
